About a month ago, I was Netflix & Chilling trying to disconnect from the never-ending world of social media. All of a sudden, my fingertips started to itch. I asked myself “Is this what Dopamine withdrawal feels like? Am I really itching for a good scrolling right now?”. But something inside of me was screaming “CHECK YOUR MESSAGES!...
