Are you committed to your improvement? The idea of commitment is saying to yourself, number one, I would like to get more out of this sport.

You need to commit to something. Then make sure you put in the work and pay the attention and the focus that you need in order to go from where you are to where you want to be. Lock in a commitment and work on it for whatever time it takes.
