In this episode we are honoured to have Ruby Padwick who shares her emotional story and journey with body dysmorphia and abusing her body with laxatives. Ruby really does give us the honest and painful reality in this episode to which I was so grateful. She shares with us a story that I'm sure sadly many can relate to. The best part about it though is that she has turned it all around and although sometimes struggles with certain stigma's and expectations from being in the fitness industry she has such a positive attitude and mentality and no longer "hates" her body but loves it.
