Unfortunately, most people are chasing external validation and haven’t healed from their past. The lack of forgiveness for themselves and others can rob anyone from experiencing authentic joy and fulfillment. We all have insecurities — it may stem from what we see on social media, something painful that we experienced in childhood or in a previous relationship.  If left untreated, these inner demons can lead to deep levels of anxiety, fear, depression and stress. 

 

So with that being said, I have the perfect guest today that will help you understand the importance of healing our past, specifically our inner child and how it can set you free.
