When our expectations are met and things go according to plan, we feel a sense of accomplishment and pride. But when life throws us a curveball or does not live up to our desired outcome, we end up with what Christine calls an "Expectation Hangover."

We have the power to break down limiting beliefs and change our behavior. Although it seems challenging, we can choose to focus on empowering thoughts which will lead to different actions. Doing this will awaken the parts of ourselves that we have forgotten and point our lives in the direction we desire.

But when life throws us a curveball or does not live up to our expectations, we end up with an Expectation Hangover. This particular brand of discomfort is profoundly sobering and uncomfortable.
