Ruth Jaane is a certified personal trainer who focuses primarily on glute growth and training. Ruth has been active in fitness since she was 12 years old. She has learned first-hand how difficult it can be to grow your legs/glutes, and thus has made it her #1 priority to understand why and what approach is best for each individual. Dr. Sierra Bains is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, recently graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Online Fitness Coach who is dedicated to helping others find alignment in body, mind, and spirit. Having experienced her own challenges with autoimmune disease and adverse reactions to past medications, Dr. Bains is passionate about investigating the root causes of pain and disease. She believes in the body's power to heal intrinsically and hopes to empower, educate, and treat chronic illness to heal individuals fully.
