Sista Afya is a social enterprise that provides community mental wellness care that centers on the experiences of Black women. Following a year of strong growth and expanding services Camesha explains how a consistent communication strategy has supported achieving their goals, despite the fact that they are ‘only a small but mighty’ organization.
