Today Sofia is joined by entrepreneur and health and wellness GURU Mari Llewellen! In this episode Mari brings us into her world by explaining her journey starting from the VERY beginning to present day. Mari explains to Sofia step by step not only what it took to lose 100lbs SAFELY, but how she’s maintained her new lifestyle throughout life’s ups and downs. Mari then gets EXTREMELY vulnerable explaining what made her change her entire life around while also providing health and fitness tips for the Sloots. Together Sofia and Mari also unpack the stigma’s around mental health, more specifically with Mari educating us about her experience with Borderline Personality Disorder. Though this episode does not include a story about Sofia getting arrested or swinging from the Empire State Building, these two ladies are covering some REAL shit that sometimes we just need to hear.
