Dr. Warren is a triple boarded physician in surgery, psychiatry, and vascular surgery, MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) trained, avid cyclist, husband, and father.

Rebekah Mills works as a hospital-based physician assistant and spent most of the last couple of years working with hospitalized COVID patients. She uses her lifestyle medicine certification to help patients understand how to reverse and prevent worsening heart disease, diabetes, dementia, cancers, and other illnesses when she has them as a captive audience in the hospital bed. In addition to her medical role, she is active in her homeschooling community, church and promotes wellness throughout the workspace.

Both of them have seen the effects of burnout firsthand and run Warren Wellness MD, which focuses on continuing education for health care professionals on how to navigate the world of medicine and burnout. It applies to non-medical professionals as well.
