E.98 Collagen, Oil Pulling, Contraception and An Organic Diet with Melissa Tattam
This week I am joined in my kitchen by Melissa Tattam for another conversation about all things food health and wellness and what Melissa does at home to live a healthy life and feel the best version of her.
If you don't know Melissa she is the co-host of the podcast Wednesdays which she hosts with her best friend Sophie Habboo and every week they go through girlie dilemma's that get sent in. She is also known for her time on the reality TV show Made In Chelsea.
Melissa's ethos is that she wants to do everything she can at home to be non-toxic, nutritious and clean to then be able to enjoy herself guilt-free when she goes out. In this episode as well as discussing a healthy diet and lifestyle, we also touch on balance and what that looks like for Melissa. I think it is very easy to only hear about what we shouldn't do and what we need to remove from our diets to be healthier but I think balance is also important and treating yourself to what you love is all about living the life you enjoy!
Melissa's knowledge comes from a place of passion and curiosity, she is not a nutritionist or a professional in this field but instead, she is eager to learn and also be proven wrong.
