I am diving into the art of negotiation with Alexandra Carter’s book, Ask For More: 10 Questions to Negotiate Anything. She suggests using action verbs and open-ended questions while keeping an eye on body language and emotions. It’s important to clarify with “Tell me” questions and to know when to keep silent.
