Samantha Coxe is on the Female Founder World podcast with Jasmine Garnsworthy! Samantha is the founder and CEO of Flaus, the company making flossing cool and easy.

After a painful and expensive trip to the dentist, Samantha started looking for an electric flosser to compliment her fave electric toothbrush. Nothing existed and she knew there was a huge gap in this market, so she created the world’s first electric flosser.

Samantha was working as a lawyer, and for nearly two years she stayed working as a lawyer to fund Flaus. When they finally launched, Flaus did $1M in their first year, and have gone on to raise over $4M. It wasn't all that easy, though—Samantha has dealt with tons of faulty production runs, dealing with copycats, and even losing a co-founder. 

In this episode she's spilling all the tea on the serious grind the electronic consumer hardware industry is, but she shares tons of resources that have helped her navigate the grind.
