With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Ramon Castillon began his fitness career at 24-Hour Fitness as a part of corporate with a focus on pricing and strategy. Ramon followed 24 Hour by working at Basecamp Fitness where he scaled the company and accelerated the growth from one to five locations. Basecamp was acquired in 2018 for an undisclosed amount. Building off his real-world experience, Ramon has intricate knowledge on every aspect of opening and running a successful studio. From site selection, real estate, construction, marketing, pricing, pre-sale, and education, he delivers key insights that help fitness franchise owners navigate the process of opening and operating a successful studio. Ramon graduated from Stanford University in 2004 with a BA in Economics.
