Dr. Blaire Ehret is a licensed clinical psychologist and Suicidologist who specializes in suicide prevention and risk assessment research and providing clinical services to Veterans living with psychosis. She earned her doctoral degree from The Catholic University of America. Currently, she works at the VA San Diego Healthcare System as a staff psychologist, assistant program manager, and clinical supervisor. She serves on the Board of Directors of Survivors of Suicide Loss, San Diego and is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego. Her research has been published in domestic and international journals, as well as covered in the popular press, such as NPR.
In her spare time, Blaire enjoys being outdoors, baking, and exploring all of the wonders San Diego has to offer with her husband, friends, and family.
