Your Coaching Journey Episode 127: The Practice of Coaching
Coaching is not something that can be learned by reading or talking about it. Coaching is not something that can be learned by us telling you how it is done, or even demonstrating it for you. Coaching is a practice and it takes practice to become a competent and confident coach.
It’s also important that you receive regular feedback on your coaching. This will help you to improve your awareness of what you’re doing in the coaching room; both what you are doing well and where you can improve.
In this episode we are talking about our coaching practice groups, what they entail and why you might want to come along, whether you are new to our coaching programme, or took part in one of our earliest cohorts.
