Andy Morgan (@andy_rippedbody) is a training and nutrition coach, author, and founder of Ripped Body. Over his career he’s helped thousands of men achieve life changing transformations and been a prominent voice in the fitness industry for evidence based fitness information.
In this episode Andy and I discuss his concept of “physique purgatory” where many guys are stuck. In short: you’re trying all sorts of different things, experimenting, being consistent and yet… not making much progress. Andy works with men like this all the time, and helps them break through.
We also discuss Andy’s recent injury and his plans on getting back to full health and strength with his recovery, which is relevant to all of us who will pick up various injuries in life along the way.
