Episode 168: The Cactus of Sanity with Sergey Baranov

Author and server of Huachuma, Sergey Baranov, is welcomed back to The Entheogenic Evolution Podcast with host, Martin W. Ball, Ph.D., to discuss his latest book, The Cactus of Sanity. In this interview Sergey shares what he sees as his role as a facilitator of the huachuma experience at his center, Huachuma Wasi, in Peru, and how huachuma helps not only with depression, anxiety, and trauma, but also with establishing the basic sanity of human beings as expressions of the Universal and Unitary Consciousness that is all of reality, experiencing itself from the perspective of the human form. The conversation steers through current events and realities to experiences of healing, shifts in those seeking psychedelic experience, and the place of the unitary and connected experience in the psychedelic landscape as more fundamental and universal than the use of psychedelics for therapy or “healing.”
