Joel’s entrepreneurial spirit and drive are a powerful force. After a successful sales career with BMW, his passion for real estate investing led Joel to shift his focus full time into the real estate arena. Joel's boutique Brokerage in the Okanagan Valley (Vantage West Realty) quickly grew to the largest independent in the market. With a recent sale of Vantage West, Joel and his Team, Sherlock + Associates, have recently opened a new Kelowna Office. He is also very active in the community and sits on the board of a number of charitable organizations including The Mel and Mart Zajac Foundation, Zajac Ranch for Children (Vancouver).
