I love Sunday mornings. There’s something about the way they flow effortlessly—calm, easy, and peaceful. Often through the week, I remind myself that I don’t have to wait until Sunday, to get that Sunday morning vibe. So in today’s meditation, we’re creating that same sense of ease and flow, no rush, no force. Just allowing things to unfold naturally and finding peace in the simplicity of this moment.
