On Friday, January 9, 2021, Paul Fox – former bus ministry director at Faith Baptist Church in Wildomar, California – plead guilty to "using a foreign object to digitally penetrate the vagina of a child under the age of 18 years old" and "lewdly and lasciviously touching a child who was 15 years old when he was 10+ years older" and "excessive sexual touching."

He also confirmed Bruce Goddard – then and current pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Wildomar, CA – sent him away when he discovered this, as opposed to reporting to the local authorities.

Sentencing will be April 30, 2021.
