What are you doing that needs to stop? And more importantly, what are you not doing yet that needs to start? In the whirlwind of daily tasks, responsibilities, deadlines, and endless to-dos, it's easy to get tangled in your own thoughts — so tangled that you lose sight of what actually matters this season. So, let's get a little crazy: talk it out!

Because when you vocalize your worries, plans, frustrations, and ideas, you give yourself the chance to hear your thoughts clearly. It's not just noise — it's a powerful way to process what's really happening inside and around you.

Saying things aloud removes the fog. It lets you see what's on track, what's dragging, and what's holding you back. More importantly, it frees you from the pressure to pretend you have it all together or that you have to face challenges silently.

Talk it out!

And that doesn't mean you need a crowd or a formal therapy session. It can be as simple as speaking into your own space, in the car, or with a trusted friend, coach, or colleague who will listen without judgment. When you allow yourself to put words to your struggles and victories, you reclaim control over them, and that in itself can feel calming. Then, you can begin to untangle confusion and replace it with action.

Think about this: Have you ever felt like you're not good enough?

Well, this verbal processing stops you from shrinking back. If you're feeling overwhelmed or doubting your abilities, hearing your own voice assert what's next can be surprisingly motivating. You tell yourself you can do it — because you just did.

Don't overcomplicate the situation or the circumstances you're working through. The goal isn't to solve everything right now; it's simply to clarify and move forward.
