Katherine also coaches clients using mindset to help people attract what they want, instead of chasing it.
Katherine explains how intentionally designing our days can have huge impacts and debunks the myth that to have something you want, it must come at the expense of something else. She shares subtle shifts that have helped change her perspectives as a successful women with kids and provides actionable advice for stepping into your power to claim what you want (allowing yourself to let go of what you don't want).
