But living in regret is living in the past, which isn’t empowering. What is healing and empowering is to work through our regrets and learn from them to make better decisions in the future.

In this episode, I’m sharing a different perspective on regret which may lessen feelings of shame, the four types of regret (from behavioral scientist Daniel Pink), and how to move on from endless rumination.
