With an extensive background in education, service, leadership development, and philosophy, Andrew is devoted to empowering other leaders. His exceptional skill in program design has played a pivotal role in creating impactful changes in organizations, helping Leaders Atlas scale to new heights.

He is also the co-founder of Education in Sight, a nonprofit that provides access to eye exams and eyeglasses for underprivileged children in Western China. In addition, he co-founded of Mantra, a sunglasses company and social enterprise that donates a pair of eyeglasses to a child in need for every pair of sunglasses it sells.
