Nutrition trends come and go, and none of them are the be all end all answer. If they were, everyone would do it!
However, they all have some value and good things to them, along with the downsides. Mostly, they have a ton of overblown claims.
I went through the reality of the purported benefits, some of the pros and cons to using fasting as a nutrition protocol, and my recommendations on how you might implement it in your own life.
