Joe Fuller is a Professor of Management Practice and co-leader of the Managing the Future of Work Initiative at Harvard Business School.

He founded the global consulting firm Monitor Group, now Monitor-Deloitte. He has deep experience in industries with heavy reliance on technology such as life, sciences, ICT, defense, and aerospace. Joe believes that the overall workforce lacks skills, which is why companies are opting to shift to robotics and AI.
