Ed has co-written four books, including Good Company: Business Success in the Worthiness Era, Organized Innovation: A Blueprint for Renewing America’s Prosperity and A Great Place to Work For All: Better for Business, Better for People, Better for the World. Ed’s latest book is Reinventing Masculinity: The Liberating Power of Compassion and Connection. It tells the story the shift from an outdated, unhealthy “confined” masculinity to a “liberating” version of manhood that frees men and all those around them to live fuller, healthier, more soulful lives at work and beyond.
