Chris is the owner of CrossFit Catalyst and Founder of Two Brain Business. Chris began mentoring gyms in early 2012. Soon after, he was invited to work as a journalist for CrossFit, Inc. for a year, and he began traveling around the world on the CrossFit for Hope and other projects. In 2015, he published two books, "Two-Brain Business 2.0 and “Help First.” His newest book, "Founder, Farmer, Tinker, Thief" is available for pre-order on Amazon and will be released May 7th.
Chris helped Jason grow his three CrossFit affiliates to well over 500 members and is a big reason why Albany CrossFit was the most successful sale in CrossFit history.
