Originally trained as a Montessori teacher with the ethos of encouraging children to discover their own independence through student-centred learning, Emily Johnston has always looked for the most natural and self-empowering way of helping people. Once she had her own family she took a career turn and moved into health and wellbeing for adults working briefly within the corporate sector and then more recently with staff in schools to increase wellbeing and reduce stress levels through massage, workshops and meditation.
