First round, we got 33 eggs retrieved, 19 fertilized, eight PGS tested, and only one normal. This was transferred, but wasn't successful. Same thing with a second cycle. I thought that was a problem with my chromosomes. So I had the karyotype test, which came back normal. My husband has two healthy sons from his previous marriage, so the doctor didn't think it was worth him having the test. Do we just accept that age is the problem here and my eggs aren't good quality? Should we just be happy with our one healthy embryo or should my husband do the karyotype?"
