While we usually avoid the murky old waters of politics, with the New Zealand election happening this week we thought it was a good time to talk parties, policies and personal impact. We look at promises vs action, the highs and lows of tax, and how your vote can have a huge impact on the economy, the stock market and the world. Who’s pledging to remove GST from fruit and veg? Who wants to top up the tank of the less privileged? Who wants to tax the big dogs even less? And how does it all affect your investments and opportunities?
