Tim’s journey into property investment began with a desire to control his retirement. He entered the property ladder in 2016 when he bought a unit on the Gold Coast, which he believes was a great learning experience due to the challenges of strata and cash flow.

His portfolio grew exponentially when he engaged a buyer’s agent, who helped him buy strategic properties in Eagleby, Cooloola Cove, Glenfield Park, and Coodanup that focused on cash flow and capital growth.

Tim emphasises the importance of strategic planning, a solid team, and setting clear goals for investment success. He also stresses the value of a good property manager in maintaining investments and maximising returns.
