His philosophy: My passion is understanding people’s motivation and assisting them and the people they work with to achieve what they are striving to accomplish in sporting or working atmospheres. Previous experience, research and qualifications have given me both the skills and desire to understand why people, most notably sporting participants, engage in certain actions while setting up frameworks, offering tools and being part of reflective practice to help all stakeholders in an athlete’s journey through effective and engaging communication methods. I want to facilitate coaches and athletes alike becoming the best people as well as performers they can be.
