Intermittent Fasting is a highly requested topic from all of you. This is something that I have been doing intuitively for years and researched extensively and it’s worked wonders for me. Not only do I wake up clear headed, less puffy and feeling restored but it helps optimize my body and health in ways you can’t even imagine.
