

S2, E3: Managing Anxiety and Becoming a Fitness Instructor (with Emily Martin)
This week on The Revolutionized Mind, we are joined by the fabulous Emily Martin. Emily is a fitness instructor, law clerk, and content creator from the GTA. In this episode, she tells us about how she first started struggling with anxiety when she was in high school and she shares some of the strategies that she has learned along the way. She still has anxiety today, but she is much better at managing it which allows her to keep up with her other commitments. Emily works full-time as a law clerk, teaches 10+ fitness classes a week (spin, barre, mat pilates, reformer pilates, and boxing), and posts content every single day. Her goal is to inspire people to create balance in their lives, to prioritize their health and wellness, and to motivate people to get uncomfortable.
