Let’s Talk About That Gap After Babies | Ep. 509

We love our babies, but can we talk honestly about what happens to our bellies afterward even years later? This week, we’re getting personal about diastasis, core rehab, and why we both ended up faced with a decision. We’re sharing what we tried, what we tried next, and then the final big choice that wasn’t easy but was successful. We share what recovery really looked like. And yes, we have some stories! We don’t all have the same bodies, goals, or reasons for wanting a change. This is an honest conversation about options, without shame or pressure for all of us to choose the same path.
