Eventually he and his triplet brothers decided to pave their own path and joined the U.S. Navy Academy. Today Dre is a successful real estate investor and national best-selling author, recently releasing his third book – Prove Them Wrong. Rich and Dre discuss his experience growing up, how he got into multifamily, and what it was like buying his first deal. They dive into permitting processes, short-term rental licenses, and both of their passions of mentoring youth.
