Get rid of your Neck Hump!

Fun fact: Did you know that the humpback whale has the most prolonged migratory pattern in the world? They travel up to 8,000 kilometers a year.

Everything that we do is in front of us with our hands ahead. Working on a computer, Cutting vegetables, and using the phone. This puts a continuous strain on the neck and spine, which eventually can lead to a hump. But don't worry, they are totally reversible.
