This week we talk with Paulette Kengg the author of Spirit-Led Sobriety.
Paulette Kengg (IG @SpiritLedSobriety22) is a 65-year old Christian wife, mother and grandmother living in Texas. Paulette wrote Spirit-Led Sobriety to bring the science around alcohol and faith all together. She is a retired award-winning editor and author of four other books. Paulette and her husband enjoy spending time with family, traveling, reading and you'll still find her at the scary rides of any amusement parks around. And, she dearly loves go-kart racing with her grandkids.
