Planning to Lose Weight from Love

I am about to embark on a journey of deep care for my body that I know will result in losing, or better said, “releasing” some weight that landed on my body after an intense year in my life and also hormonally. I am noticing that I am not so attached to the weight (this time), and more to what it represents, and how to be the healthiest version of myself right now, in the most loving way possible.
