After my man @lavontedavid and the Bucs sealed their trip to the Super Bowl, we had to take a trip back to our conversation from last year on the podcast.

Lavonte proudly wears the C on his chest as a captain. That passion and fire came through in our conversation as we talked about how important it was to carry on his mothers legacy, what it takes to be a top performer in the NFL for 8 years, and how talented this Tampa Bay team is.
