About the Guest

Trevor has been working as a personal trainer since 2011 and has a wide variety of experiences to draw from when working with his clients. Trevor was active in sports at a young age focusing on hockey and softball which allowed him to learn the value of hard work, leadership, and teamwork. Those athletic endeavors have continued into his adult life and speak to his commitment to making exercise and activity a part of his everyday life.

During his degree at the University of Alberta, Trevor had the opportunity to work with the Pandas rugby team as the strength coach during their 2013 National Championship season while also performing fitness testing for the Edmonton Oilers for several years. As a personal trainer, Trevor has worked with clients from all walks of life including youth athletes, business professionals, seniors, and clients with chronic illness. His passion is for working with clients who are looking to move better and make lifestyle changes that go beyond physical appearance.
