CLARK CORDNER
Clark has varied business interests in real estate, finance, and corporate advisory services. After taking joint graduate degrees in law and management, he practiced law briefly, founded and successfully exited technology service companies, and then oversaw at the CxO level the introduction of tech-influenced alternative service delivery models at some of the largest law firms and legal service outsourcing providers in the world. He is licensed in law, real estate, and insurance. For the last decade, he has been focused on his own portfolio. He enjoys assisting young entrepreneurs and advising non-profits, primarily by providing acquisition and growth capital and through start-up, growth, and exit advisory services.
LISA CORDNER
Lisa is the Managing Member of several real estate holding and renovation companies and a chief officer in a management company that provides finance, consulting and related services to the market, with an emphasis in property investment, rehabilitation, sales, and leasing. She oversees a large personal portfolio of SFR rental properties in the greater Atlanta area. She recently has gained national attention for her work in the co-living and affordable housing space. Her service orientation and attention to detail has made her a fan of the many hundred tenants she has served over the years. Additionally, in the course of overseeing the renovation and marketing of well over a hundred homes in recent years, she has developed a strong sense of style and design and market demand.
