He believes that having the best, most informative articles on specific topics (e.g., how to clean a couch) is more effective for SEO than a scattergun approach. This quality-first strategy helps Couch.com rank well on Google and attract organic traffic.
3. Iterative Approach and Flexibility in Business: Alex highlights the importance of being flexible and iterative in business. He acknowledges that initial plans often need adjustments and that being open to pivoting is crucial for success. For example, Couch.com is currently focusing on brand reviews as the quickest path to monetization, even though the ultimate goal is to provide a comprehensive marketplace for couches.
