Period pain is not normal, but unfortunately it's something so many women struggle with, which oftentimes turns out to be something more serious... like endometriosis. This invisible illness currently affects 1 in 7 Aussie woman, including FIT(ish) Podcast host Phoebe Parsons. In this 4-week series, that falls in conjunction with endometriosis awareness month, Phoebe chats with fellow suffers, health care professionals, business owners and advocates to try and raise awareness in the hope of earlier detection and diagnosis in young women.
