Painted Brain has been a leader in innovative peer-driven services over the past decade. Their mission is to create lasting community-based solutions to mental health challenges and the impact of social injustice through arts, advocacy, and enterprise. Their peer staff are subject matter experts who specialize in providing population-centered training, programming, and events to meet the specific needs of those we serve.
Painted Brain creates community-based solutions to mental health challenges and the impact of social injustice through arts, advocacy, and enterprise. They considers all of its employees as peers where there's no separation from community members to clinicians to executives; all identify with having mental health challenges. Painted Brain offers a variety of programs focused on supporting the mental health communities of Los Angeles, Riverside, Santa Barbara, and Tri-City Counties.
