158: How Mineralization Fuels Your Human Vehicle with Caroline Alan, The Mineral Geek

Sometimes, your health crashes and the reason is so murky, figuring out what caused it sends you down a deep rabbit hole.

Despite never drinking or smoking and living a living a relatively healthy lifestyle, Caroline's spent too much time in a very intense, high-tech career that wrecked her health:
