I've recently been working on my media kit, and while working on it I've been thinking a lot about credibility. Of course we need credibility, but are we too focused on it? Today we're going to be digging deep on this topic.

Credibility is all about someone else saying you're amazing. Think about it. What would make you more likely to work with me? Would you do it because I said I'm amazing? Or would you rather hear that I'm amazing from one of my clients? (minute 1:00)
There was a time where I was very focused on winning an award with my dance studio. I wasted a lot of time working on winning an award that nobody cares about, and I lost. I should have been focused on gaining more customers. (minute 2:00)

You can leave out what you aren't good at. Don't lie, but don't talk about what you're not good at. You wouldn't invite me over to your spotless kitchen and tell me your bedroom is messy. (minute 9:00)
