Unlike many individuals who are sober, Erin doesn’t relate to being an alcoholic or even having a bad relationship with alcohol. It doesn’t feel like a daily battle to stay sober. What started out as a plan to do ‘dry January’ to give her system a break and to reduce anxiety led her to ask, “Is alcohol really moving me closer or further from the person I want to become?”.
