Rich Morley was ill for 15 years, medically retired from work and living on sickness benefits when he luckily met a teacher of authentic Tai Chi. Practicing every day, he set out to fix his health, and to his delight he eventually succeeded! Since then, he has travelled literally thousands of miles to study with the masters and grandmasters of the Internal Arts. He has trained extensively in Chi Gong and Meditation to compliment his training. He is an international level Tai Chi instructor, judge, and gold medal winner, and has published three books on the art of Tai Chi Chuan. His first book, The Tai Chi Class, was published in 2017. Over the past twenty years Rich has worked with elite athletes, martial artists, entrepreneurs, hospitals, colleges, and universities. He has been featured by the BBC, Sky TV, Life, The Huddersfield University Press, and the European Journal of Integrative Medicine. When he isn’t practicing, he loves to be hanging out with his family and mountain biking!
